What are the monthly utility (Electricity and Water) costs for condo?

One of the good reason why a lot of foreigners stay in Thailand because of the cheap cost of living that include the electricity and water bills are cheap but it depends on which city are you stayibf but the difference is not that huge.
If you stay in condo in Bangkok even you open the aircon for 24 hours it will not cost you more than 3000 baht per month and for the water bills is not more than 150 baht per month.
If you want to stay in a house in Bangkok area the price is higher that staying in the condo.
